Cancellation and Reservation Policies

Punta Mita Adventures offers the most popular tours and activities in Punta de Mita and Riviera Nayarit! To accommodate each of our guests, all of our excursions are exclusive, reservations-only adventures. We want to ensure that you and your family have the chance to experience the awe found in nature, new and different cultures, and the excitement of discovery that our tours offer. For this reason, we have the smallest tour groups, so book your tour today! Our secure credit card reservation system makes it easy.

Cancellations and Changes

To maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Punta Mita Adventure operates a strict cancellation policy:

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

  • All services offered by Punta Mita Adventures are private. Therefore, we require at least 96 hours’ notice for cancellations to apply for a refund.

  • Cancellations made with proper notice and at least 96 hours in advance will incur a 10% fee for administrative expenses, as per our policies.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 96 hours before the scheduled service, as well as no shows and late arrivals.

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us toll-free from the US and Canada at 1-888-526-2238 or from Punta de Mita at (322) 226 8413. All changes are subject to availability.

Charges to your Credit or Debit Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on Punta Mita Adventures’ official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the date that you choose is unavailable, Punta Mita Adventures will offer an alternative day or time. A 12% fee will be added at the time of purchase and will be determined at the point of checkout.

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. 

Credit Card Safety

PuntaMita-Adventures.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The encryption process prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your tour, you must bring your credit card and a valid form of ID. If you prefer, send a copy of your credit card and photo ID (front and back) via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
